happy is fine... nobody gets to tell you you're sad. but coworkers come with an exit date, a reorg or a new job and that whole social life is gone in a week... i'd keep at least one person who'd still text you after you quit

Agree. Only friends I've got outside work are my dog and the guy at the chippy, and the dog's the better listener lol
